Turn apples into a fun and healthy treat with these Apple Slice Donuts! Topped with peanut butter and your favorite toppings, they’re a creative way to enjoy fruit with a delicious twist.

Ingredients

•4 apples
•1 ⅓ cups peanut butter
•Suggested toppings: roasted coconut, blueberries, strawberries, sprinkles, white chocolate, and dark chocolate.

 

Instructions

1. Wash the apples.
2. Slice the apple into ½ inch slices, discarding the top and bottom slice. 
3. Remove the center of the apples with a small biscuit/cookie cutter or use a melon baller.
4. Spread the peanut butter on each apple.
5. Sprinkle your favorite toppings over the apples and drizzle with chocolate if desired.
