Ingredients

•2 cups plain Greek yogurt
•3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
• 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

1.Prepare the Yogurt Layer:
  • In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
2. Assemble the Bars:
  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
3. Prepare the Chocolate Coating:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
4. Coat the Yogurt Bars:
  • Remove the frozen yogurt slab from the pan and cut it into bars.
  • Dip each bar into the melted chocolate to coat completely. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
